Since 2013, Pan African Women Advocacy and Youth Development Initiative (PAWAYDI) has been empowering women, youths, and children while promoting equality, peace, and sustainable development across Africa.
Pan African Women Advocacy and Youth Development Initiative (PAWAYDI) is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 with a simple belief: when women and youths are empowered, communities thrive.
We work across African communities to promote social justice, gender equality, leadership, education, health, and sustainable development—creating opportunities that improve lives today and protect the future for generations to come.
Why Our Work Matters
Across many African communities, women still face inequality, youths struggle with unemployment and lack of opportunity, children are denied quality education and healthcare, and entire communities are affected by poor governance and environmental challenges.
Without support, these challenges limit human potential and slow down sustainable development. PAWAYDI exists to break this cycle and create pathways to dignity, opportunity, and lasting change.

Our initiatives are carefully designed to respond to real challenges faced by women, youth, and communities across Africa.
